Tag-strips (solder-tag strips) are phenolic strips with solder-lugs and mounting lugs rivet-attached and are suitable for component mounting a lead terminating in discrete electronic and electrical circuitry. Tag-strips were the mainstay component interconnet-terminals in thermionic-valve based electronics. The solder-lugs are generally made from pressed-steel tin-dipped or tin-plated to aid solderability.
