Hand Reeling Mechanism 145mm dia with 60mm dia central plastic hub - fabricated from plastic/stainless/alloy for use with DOC yellow aerial cable etc. and designed to fold up for compact storage.

NOTE - can be readily disassembled and rebuilt to suit other winding/coiling applications. The effective 'core' diameter over the 3 central pin/spacers is nominally 60mm and the central core adds approx. 6mm to the nominal winding diameter.
