According to the legacy part numbering on some of the packing it would seem that the jaw on its own goes AC118J for 18”

The pin + spring + knurled adjuster is AC118 for 18”

Hopefully we have some legacy catalogue here some place from which we can recover data to identify some of the confusion, otherwise we will need to borrow some Crescents to use as a test-jig… …or seek amongst the WWW archives:

Ah - so the “AC” prefix is the wrench-generation model indicator… …as of 1961 it may be that the AT was the successor model but parts for previous designs were still being offered:
