International Freight & Export-Handling
Pending our development and the integration of an international freight calculator (plug-in) with NZ-Post, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TOLL and others, CASA needs to do a manual invoice once international charges are verified. A TT or Direct-PayPal payment etc. can be processed using our invoice # (or your order #) as reference.
Note - "PayPal Express Check-Out" may not work for some international customers (pending export order freight & handling being integrated into our on-line site).

Customer-Account Shipping
Under acceptable conditions, CASA will export-pack and ship against customer's accounts with the major international freight forwarders including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Toll etc. Customers may need to specify the service required, otherwise pre-book the shipment with their nominated-service-provider themselves.
Minimum Export Order Value
Pending the international freight & handling PLUG-IN, we have set a nominal Minimum-Order-Value (without freight & handling) of NZ$100, however, we may be able to give service to smaller enquiries that can be managed within our resources.
Automated Shipping Calculator
This facility is a complex project requiring interaction with our couriers and international freight handlers. In the interim please seek help as and when appropriate.
Please be patient while we implement this semi-automated Freight-Calculation facility.
Track and Trace
Please note that the lower-cost NZ-Post International Post rates do not include any Track-and-Trace service. Customer's accepting this service need to acknowledge the risks they take under such conditions. The NZ-Post recipts, which we retain with every transaction, are not accepted by PayPal as 'definitive proof of dispatch'.
Note - unless the 'service' requested includes T&T, we will dispatch under the default conditions and consequently, CASA's responabilies will be limited to the nominated service-providor's terms & conditions.

All returns require a pre-approved RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) reference number. Before shipping please apply (by email) for authorisation and detailed instructions.
